New Online Course:

A boldly imagined work of magic and adventure from the National Book Award-winning author of Between the World and Me.

In conjunction with Jesus College Cambridge, and edX, I’ve created this online course, Digital Wellbeing and Productivity. My hope is this can be an accessible way for learners of all backgrounds and ages to build in some research-based strategies and tips into their digital lives. It’s a free course — along with a paid certificate option — and structured as a six-week course covering topics such as: digital wellbeing, digital productivity, social media habits, digital and work life balance, and more.

Some of My Favorite Tips

A quick preview of some of the information covered in the Digital Wellbeing and Productivity course with edX.

On the Jesus College, University of Cambridge website, I’ve collected a few quick tips on digital distraction.

“The Internet is full of distractions, and it’s hard to resist the temptation to check your email, social media, or news websites. But there are ways to avoid digital distractions and stay productive and mindful.”
